• Returns are free (first return and first exchange only)

• You have 30 business days to make your return from the delivery of the product.

• Shipping costs are not refundable. We refund returned items but not shipping costs (if paid).

• The refund will be made once the product arrives at our facilities. You will receive it in your bank account within 14 business days from the date we make the refund (these deadlines may be extended on dates with many sales: Black Friday, Christmas, etc). 

• IMPORTANT RETURNS OF SWIMSUITS AND BIKINIS: For hygiene and health reasons, there are restrictions on the return of intimate products such as swimsuits and bikinis. Swimwear will arrive in your order with a hygiene safety sticker, so that you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with your skin. In case of return, this product cannot be returned without this hygiene sticker. 

REMEMBER: the product you return must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and label. Otherwise we will not refund your money.
